MANAGEMENT BODIES 1. Managing Board The Managing Body consists of 5 members: 3 members upon the proposal of the Minister of Finance, 1 member upon the proposal of the Governor of the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia, and 1 member upon the proposal of the Banking Association. The Government of the Republic of Macedonia appoints the Managing Board members. 2. Director The Government of the Republic of Macedonia appoints the Fund's Director.
