DEPOSITS INSURED IN THE FUND   Pursuant to the Law, subject to insurance in the Fund shall be the following deposits of depositors-physical persons: 1. Denar and foreign currency deposits and transaction accounts of physical persons in banks, foreign bank branches and savings houses established in the Republic of Macedonia, 2. deposits related to payment cards issued by banks and foreign bank branches established in the Republic of Macedonia, and 3. foreign currency inflows of physical persons in banks and foreign bank branches established in the Republic of Macedonia. From the date of accession of the Republic of Macedonia to the European Union shall also be insured the deposits of legal entities considered as small-scope commercial entities in accordance with the Company Law.
